Day 18 - 30 Day Transformation

Hi all,

Hope you are having a great week so far, almost another end of a week in sight, can't believe how fast January 2016 is going so far!

Today I wanted to talk about how you are getting on and your journey so far? Its really important to take good care of ourselves when we are continuing our journey of transformation and achieving our goals.

To be able to keep focus, determination and energy going is to make sure that you are eating the correct food that will nourish and energise your body, mind and spirit. Not only food but adequate hydration of clean fresh water and regular exercise, ideally every day. To keep the body and mind in optimum health and wellbeing, setting you up for success and achievement.

So my wish for you today is to get rid of the junk food, processed foods, that includes all meat and anything that comes in lots of packaging.

We are talking more about lots of healthy organic (if you can) leafy vegetables, fruit as well as plant based foods that will not only cleanse your body but give it all the nutrients it needs.

So take a look at what you have in your fridge, what are you feeding yourself on, how can you make things better, healthier, what can you do to replace the bad with the good. Do it with each bad item that you have, replace it with something good, healthy and rich in nutrients.

If you can add in 5 new healthy items into your fridge each week and have them, juice them or make them into a stir fry or roast them, perfect for this time of year, or make them into a healthy salad.

If you can add 5 new healthy ingredients and items each week and drinking at least 8 large classes of water throughout each day.

Your body and your mind will thank you for it and you will find that you have more energy, feel more motivated, that you will achieve your goals quicker and that you will feel more positive and healthier and happier.

Who wouldn't want that?

So check out your fridge, see what you are consuming each day and see where you can do better and make 5 better choices each week.

If you feel that this might be a struggle for you. I would highly recommend that you visit your local nutritionist for help and advice. They can offer healthy meal plans and what items are best for your health and wellbeing. As we are all different and need different types of nutrients.

Or contact my husband Ravi who is a highly skilled nutritionist and Chef by trade. He can give you lots of receipes and also teaching cooking to beginners. Visit his website at www.rsnutrition.co.uk to find out more and to book him.

I hope this has given you food for thought and that it motivates you to eat healthier and to stay hydrated more during your days.

As always I would love to hear your feedback and how you got on in the comments below.

And I wish you onward and upward success.

To your success

Much love,

Kelly.

P.S See you tomorrow...
